tram line 40 or 41 – get off at “Aumannplatz”
or tram line 9 – get off at “Vinzenzgasse”
parking:
Since beginning of September 2016, the 18th district is a short-term parking zone. The good news is there are more parking places than there used to be! 
The Schubertgarage (access via Währingerstraße) is within a few minutes walking distance from my office!
